    Customer service is terrible

    I requested to return this item, the item is fine but it’s too big. My request was on September 9 and it’s been radio silent. I’ve sent multiple follow ups and still nothing. It’s 25 September now. It’s really frustrating as a customer to not feel heard and have support. Thought posting here would get someone’s attention. The team really needs to do better with its customer service responses.
